and be an IC in the evening for the doctor, with 2 salaries, as these are 2 different professions.
When they hired you they hired you as an LPN, therefore there can not be any 'intermingling', only if you agree to it.
If they do not accept, drop the MTing for the doctor and look for another MT client (IC) to work on in the evening.
