Any openings?
Amphion hiring?
Job Openings
Could anyone tell me of any companies hiring for at home work for now. I currently work in a physician's office, but would also like to do some at home.
We once got 700 responses to an ad for 5 openings. sm
We had three people returning calls (we were small with only 20 MTs at the time).
Sometimes, the only factor is time. Did you try calling again? The squeaky wheel and all that. I think it is a good sign if a company is busy. You probably will have plenty of work!
Hospital job openings
A few months ago, I saw several openings for HIM file clerks, different shifts; they only required a high school education. I'm frankly kicking myself now for not at least applying for one of those months ago. I was a hospital transcriber for many years a long time ago, and it looked to me like that job was not all that complicated. I think the problem we're going to run into now is hiring freezes. I see quite a few openings for medical receptionists and a few medical secretarial locally. I do watch the local hospital (and other) job lines daily and have job alerts emailed to me now, and nobody seems to be hiring locally that I can see; jobs like file clerk just don't seem to show up anymore on these job lines. Even openings for laundry and kitchen help in hospitals are hard to spot now. Scary.
Doesn't it seem like there has been a lot of Rad job openings being posted?
Is there a reason for this? For the last couple of years I would come to this board to look for Rad accounts and very rarely find any, now there are several posted just about every day.
