For a Friday laugh (we've earned it) has anybody seen the commercial where 2 people are in a rowboat, spring a leak, and she plugs the hole up with a Tampax?!! OMG

Commercials
I like the one where the cartoon adult male and female are talking while eating popcorn shrimp. All of a sudden, she says "Where are the kids"? They look down at the container of popcorn shrimp and start screaming. Funny in a sick kind of way. hehehe
commercials
Those commercials remind me of a bad trip on acid, glad to know others feel similar.
I don't like any commercials dealing with
gender, medical, racy or adult topics. I mean, really, when's the last time you saw a feminine product on TV and decided that you simply must run to the store right away to get you some? Cialis and Viagra? Come on, maybe E.D. was invented to give women a break for once in their adult lives. And all those pills being pushed by the manufacturers? Yes, let's go to the doctor and demand pills because we're all self-diagnosing.
gross commercials lol
This actually was a comedy routine about them, remember Balki anyone? Forgot the show but he was here in the US living with his cousin?
He did a comedy stint about his first nice, sit down dinner in America. He was having his boss & family over and wanted to do it just right, so he went to the grocery.
"Can you believe what you can find in America, they already sanitize your napkins, so all you have to do is put silverware on them and your table is set"..But he was having trouble with the spoon rolling off the "Sanitary Napkins". OMG thought I'd lose it. Then he added the gourmet jelly...KY jelly "it is what the state of Kentucky is famous for so it must be good"..that was a good but gross stint.
The best commercials are the ones you remember, for whatever reason.
There's so many commercials that are really good for some reason, but you can't remember the product, just the commercial. Ineffective to say the least.
The tampex commercial may be shocking, but you remember the product. That makes it in advertising terms, an excellent commercial.
I didn't see it, just the commercials. It's scary and
several teens around here are addicted too. My niece actually had pics of my grandsons on it, I told her to get them off there because if someone walked up to my youngest grandson (4) and asked him if he wanted to go see (niece's name) that he'd go with them. It gives the creep looking for info enough info on anyone to be real hurtful. My niece tells how she's sick of playing games and is looking for real love. Just think about the creep reading that who finds her and offers her a lot of attention, she'll go to. I can't convince her how dangerous that all is.
You aren't alone. I am frequently mortified and embarrassed by commercials.
Pepto-Bismol's little song, Charmin, that Tampax commercial..ugh!
When I was a child I used to wonder what Preparation H was for because the advertisements never really said. I wish that was still the case!
Yeah, the halftime show and the commercials this year
were just not up to the norm. Did everyone get local commercials during the 3rd quarter? We did and that's not usual either. Ah well, like with everything else, we look forward to next year anyway. Have a good one!
i think it is incredibly gross. personal hygiene commercials are just gross anyway.
this one is stupid and gross.
