Sure.

The CSF is made by special cells in the cisterns/ventricles of the brain and circulates in and through those and out around the brain and spinal cord, cushions, nourishes, all that jazz. Don't know if collecting system is the word I would have used and I can't find it in my neuro book, but I'm certainly not a radiologist.

• CT of head - No significant collecting system dilatation?? - Huh??
  • He probably meant to say... sm - RadGal

  • Maybe patient had more than 1 CT, of the head and of the abdomen - I think he is confused
