Boy I can tell I am tired--- "if you are an IC" - nm
going to bed now!
"Is" should be "if" above.

"If You Read My Mind"
as sung by Maureen McGovern.
But think about it. What does "if it didn't work out" mean? SM
That she screwed up so many reports while trying to take care of little kids?
There's more to this scenario than just the MT and what she wants. Patient care is involved. I repeat...would YOU want your medical reports transcribed by someone who was so distracted?
Not true. "If the company makes money"???
That's funny.
Bonuses are usually based upon production. If you reach a certain production, you receive a bonus.
Whatever criteria is set, one must meet - I agree.
However, if an MT meets that criteria, and the bonus is to be paid on a certain date, they are delinquent in pay if the company does not pay on that date. The company set the time...not the MT.
I'd still seek a legal remedy.
I mean "If you don't pay in timely fashion, I will bill directly".To have to beg for you pa
unprofessional.
Or as the immortal George Carlin said, "If you can't beat them...
arrange for them to be beaten."
