Our hospital is understaffed and we are working all the time and so I guess I didn't even think that far. Totally understandable to not want to encourage applicants. Thank you guys for putting it so kindly! Our hospital is understaffed, but they are trying to cut the budget so part-timers are working more and more hours, but they won't hire - yet! Thanks again!
