Somebody please help me!!

I was switching back and forth between documents and Word asked me if I wanted to save changes and I hit no when I meant to hit yes and ALL of my work is now gone.  Is there ANY way to recover this?

  • find System Restore on your computer.....sm - set System Restore to a DATE...

    • Temp files disappear when you shut down Word. System restore does not recover documents . - It only restores programs. nm
  • Do you have Word set to make backup copies (sm) - Good luck..it's frustrating
  • Possibly your autorecovery file, but I would not hold my breath unless - - Laura E.

      • Do a search of your C drive for it. I have mine placed directly - sm - Laura E.
  • Maybe in the recycling bin? Or you could restore your computer to an earlier time? - Not sure if that would work or not... nm
