What I meant is having your good American transcriptionists do an excellent job on the account and then mysteriously the client "prefers" to have their work done overseas.
I am in the same boat as the above writer. I, too, found out today that my account is going overseas. It seems like always you get used to something and start to make some money (though still not that much) and the next thing you know, the account is gone. I am heartsick over this.
