If "your" other 65 MTs are okay, then why keep the I don't care MTs?????? Are you paying them less? I bet you are. Maybe you are another QA person and not MTSO owner who thinks you are an owner that can make these kinds of statements about MTs because you have a title other than MT. I really don't know who you are, but taking a stand for this OP is going out on a limb in my opinion. Most QA people were once MTs and know that QA is educating MTs, not just a sit back and watch the work flow through with no errors or blanks to fill in. Do any of these QA people remember those days of MT when you were learning? I still learn something new each and every day.
I'd have to say the company is to blame. Oh the tangled webs we weave. I still think OP has a lot to learn herself especially about degrading MTs with experience. She doesn't have enough of her own experience to degrade MTs in this fashion whether she needs an outlet or not. JMO.

She's very attractive and I think that has gotten her a lot of votes like a lot of the very little talent out there like jessica simpson and brittney spears, getting by on looks and not talent. If she beats Taylor, then I will lose all respect for this show.

If you don't want to believe it, what do I care? I have seen it with my own eyes for 25 years, long before you ever thought of being an MT or a business manager. As you no doubt are finding out, a bachelor's degree doesn't mean jack sh*t these days.

The reality is we are HERE and not many of us CAN go there. This subject matter was about abortion. If you believe in God, and I most certainly do, then you have to believe that His Word is Truth and is to be obeyed! God has a purpose and a plan, no doubt about that. He know what He is doing and He has a reason. It is not for us to question, just to obey. In the end we will only stand before Him for what WE have done, no one else. Yes, there are hypocrites who claim to be Christians and probably go to church every time the doors are open, and I would rather go to church with SOME hypocrites than go to hell with ALL of them!!
