How is that going to make anything better? They will just be punishing themselves. If they burn the whole city down, what's the difference? There isn't much left to salvage anyway. They will just make it easier to clean up the mess. Instead of being grateful that they are alive and survived when so many others didn't, they have to act up like the criminals they are. In such a massive crisis such as this, how do they expect everything to be taken care of all at once? That's why I said the law of the jungle is prevailing. They had that mentality to begin with and are now using this as an excuse. The alcoholics and drug addicts are all crazy because they can't get their "fix", so they take it out on everybody else. Yeah, right.
