What's with the 'tude?
I have worked for several "verbatim" accounts that mean just that. If they dictate John Doe, they want John Doe.
And, anyone who still believes there is such a thing as privacy in America, probably still believes in the tooth fairy! :)

Why so snarky?
I don't think the OP means Google in general, but the specific search engine page that is set up for all things MT within Google.

OP: The couple of links I clicked on were working, so it could just have been a temporary problem at the time. Try it again and it'll probably work.
Talk about being snarky...
Your remarks surely are that. Nobody said you needed to be perfect, but you need to be educated. You cannot make substantial changes if you do not understsand the issue at hand. You also need to be able to accept constructive critcism. The fact that you do not even know how to spell HIPAA tells a lot. When you come here and post that, people will correct you... that's just the way it is. Instead of being rude, you should be thankful that you were corrected before you sent our your letters with glaring mistakes and embarrassed yourself and the people who are working with you.
MT ain't the only field overstaffed and getting snarky...
