DSG (Dictation Services Group) allows dial-up. I, too, live in the "sticks" and that is all there is. We have DirecTv but I my dial-up ISP is more reliable than that, plus it is too expensive in my opinion.

Anyway, DSG is a very good company, in my opinion and limited experience.
