It seems your QA person is not familiar with the common medical phrase, "more aggressive treatment." What they seem to think the dictator means is: "He stated he would contact me should he wish TO PURSUE TREATMENT MORE AGGRESSIVELY." That is not what the MD meant, and the way YOU have it is the correct and common medical phrasing. Your QA needs to read more medical journals or something, LOL.
