I've tried calling, emailing and get no response. Yeah, we could sue her, but will probably never get anything from her. What a loser and a big coward. I bet we never get our check that was "mailed on Saturday". And the phony response that the VA is withholding $$ from her is a crock. She was ALREADY paid for what she owes us this month. What a liar and a CROOK. I have kids too lsm - i feel some of your pain. Thankfully my husband gets paid on the first so at least we have something. I wonder if I should send her a bill for all the late fees I've been stuck with? And the post about being lucky we had the work?? HA I sure dont feel lucky right now. How in the world do you ever trust anyone after this?

I won't lose any sleep over you thinking I'm a crook.

I teach my kids that we live in a world where sometimes you have to fight for what is rightfully yours. I teach my kids to not trust the government to treat them fairly or to do right by them at all. The only person that will look out for their best interests is them and of course me -- their mom. But beyond that, make sure you cover yourself. Help out your neighbor when you can, give back to your community when you can, and only rely on God and yourself (and your mom ).

This isn't a fairy tale. We live in a harsh reality. Wake up! The government is allowing our jobs to be send to India. It's just plain ignorant to be outraged when someone has devised a way to pay less and get more!
