I say find another job. Any service that requires you not use your brain and experience is not a service that any of us should work for. Do they also want you to use atrocious grammar and punctuation? These are supposed to be professional medical documents! Ditch them! The report should be transcribed to reflect what the dictator would have said if he or she had a command of the English language and spelling skills. How would you feel if you were a dictator whose Transcriptionist did not have editing privileges and your horrible document was projected onto a wall in a coutroom?

Saturating is the word. Use it.
x
saturating would be correct.
The verb ''sate'' (to fill to one's satisfaction) is conjugated ''sated'' and ''sating'' (participle) so it couldn't be correct to use ''sating''. The poster is right who said ''saturating'' is correct.
