2 accounts - 1 wants things the way I learned - the other wants the exact opposite - 1 space after a sentence or colon, use of numerals only, etc. it can be very confusing. I also hate putting the patient's name into the report - I wouldn't want someone to see one of my reports and read my name anywhere in it - if it's confidential - then it's confidential - otherwise what's the need for HIPPA?
