Could also be cubital tunnel syndrome if the pinky side is having symptoms. Try sleeping with your arms parallel with your body for a few nights. I know that sounds miserable, but it really helps. I wake up with arms above my head and always suffer for it. Try not to even bend your elbow. Also, fill a clean sock with dry rice and sew the end shut. Use this in your microwave (couple of minutes) for a handy heating pad. I've found that this helps ease pain immediately. There's always ibuprofen, and Absorbine Jr. is my choice of "stinky" medicine because it's not greasy at all. It's a liquid rub. Just because you've done this job for years doesn't mean your body is used to it. Actually, you probably suffer from the repetitive movement. HTH
