Escription's MT platform that I use is EditScript which is built into Word. I personally don't have to make changes to page setup, page break, margins and my accounts don't allow tab or indents. Font you can change the same way you would in Word. Everything that you have in Word works here. The only drawback is the keyboard shortcuts. For example, you would normally type Alt-E to open the Edit menu on your menu bar but Alt-E in my case brings up the Edit header (to search demographics) so I type Alt-V and use arrows to navigate the menu bar.
As far as above poster, yes demographics and cc's do not count towards lines IF the hospital uses the built-in send a copy to mode. However, this takes all of 2 seconds to search for. Other hospitals you have to manually type cc's that aren't in the hospital list and you do get lines for that.
