but I ended up going with WebChartMD, which I am very pleased with thus far. The doc downloads his digital files and you transcribe them, hit upload and you're finished. You can program your macros and all that with this program. If I can answer more questions, let me know. I don't know everything about it yet as I'm still in learning mode myself, but so far so good.
