Yep, I'm in the same boat as you - new company, dictation lousy qualitywise, dictators not talking in recorder. I'm so unhappy and so tired of listening over, and over, and over. The terminology is no problem, if you could only hear an entire sentence! I am making myself stay at least 3 months but, if it doesn't get any easier, then I need to find something less frustrating.
