Help! I had two documents going this morning and suddenly my main one disappeared and went blank. I think I'm going nuts! It was about 1000 lines and I shudder to think of redoing them. I ran the program with a patient name put in, but came up with nothing. Any suggestions??

I never said to "leave God out of recovery" - sm
I'm a GOD person and would never have stated leaving God out of recovery - do you possibly have a reading comprehension problem? Can you perhaps not separate for 10 minutes?
I suggested a discussion on substance abuse for 10 minutes without bringing any of that into it.......for 10 minutes out of a 168-hour week.
Carpal Tunnel recovery
Hey All,
I have been putting off surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome, and am wondering if any of you have had carpal tunnel surgery. How long was it before you could return to full-time transcription? How much releif did the surgery give? I also have developed a nodule on the inside of my right thumb, right where it hits the spacebar and am having to hold my wrists up higher, like I am playing the piano, so I don't hit that spot on my thumb, and that makes my arms get numb faster than they usually do. What a mess!
I just can't keep going much longer, but I am scared of the financial loss of not working for any period of time
Thanks in advance for any advice you can give!
system restore or auto recovery does not--sm
restore save documents as they were previous to being saved. Once they are saved, that is it. System restore will not bring it back.
Right now all of our efforts are to get her better and on the road to recovery. What may lie ahead
in terms of lawsuits, etc., will be addressed at a later date. Her getting better is our #1 priority. I was just amazed at how the process has been handled so far. It really is a shame.
Guarded means there is plenty of room for recovery sm
I was in "guarded" condition many years ago with a catastrophic disease called vasculitis, polyarteritis nodosa, and still have it, am in remission. At the time I was working, walking, talking, living my life daily and had no idea anything was wrong. I had a cerebral aneurysm and still do. With treatment I went into remission three times, so guarded is certainly treatable. You certainly have my prayers.
Auto Recovery will not help. She saved over the original and closed the file.
xx
All of mine were Demerol & Versed, out like a light, quick recovery. No recollection of anything. :)
