I work as a IC making between 10-12 cents a line.  I just recently looked into being hired by a national.  They want to pay only 7 cents a line.  You have to have a set schedule working from that time frame.  And they do offer benefits, but for a family medical/dental coverage it will cost over 700.00.  How do they think this means benefits.  I think the national companies are in for themselves as I have worked for local doctors and have been paid well without benefits, but all the doctors are trying to find a cheaper way out and chosing these nationals.  It is very sad.
