I'm not an IC but an employee. Do people usually have to sign them if they are employee status? Also, what's the general timeframe for the noncompete? And what if the company came and recruited me...would that still be considered under the noncompete? With how mine is worded I believe it would but how would one approach that if they company was trying to recruit you without you doing any of the work?
