I really think my part-time job wants me to quit because they don't want to fire me because they would have to pay me unemployment. I am an IC and I would not think that they would have to pay unemployment. Is that right? It is just they have done everything in their power to make my job miserable and I need the extra money for Christmas and don't want to quit until after Christmas. Starting a new job right now would not be a good thing to do having to learn all the accounts, formats, etc. Thanks for any help in this.
