My original question is not on the board, so here goes again. I got a major mark because I sent QA a message from a doctor for another copy to be sent with an original document. They marked me down because something that I typed exactly as the doctor dictated it was not right. Can these notes be edited, or can an MT be marked down because of content in the not they believe is incorrect? Just curious, not trying to put QA down, and if I am in error, will truly say sorry, as I know QA is very busy. Thanks everyone.
