Question

I submitted some resumes online and I wonder how long is reasonable before I should expect to get a response.  I applied at the website of one company which I've heard is pretty reputable and that's been about four or five days.  I haven't gotten any reponse.  The other company, I applied online, received a response the same day asking me to test.  I submitted the test over the weekend, but haven't heard.  I know it's only been a short time but when you're looking for a job, you tend to get kind of antsy and want to hear something.  I just wondered if I'm being too impatient.  Thanks for any thoughts!
