That sounds more like it, right? Your post was right on. Google is great, but not perfect. Even if you know the town for the doctor to whom the cc is to go to, they move so often that the only way to be sure is to have the dictator dictate it and that is still no guarantee. Even hospital rosters are not kept up to date enough to be totally dependable. I guess we will all just have to be content with doing the best we can with the resources provided to us and the QA Dragonlady can just jam it in her left ear. I would like to know what resources she provides for her MTs and the quality of those resources. Does she ever email them and let them know when they have done well?
