Yes you are in a rough position. I am a QA specialist for MQ, but the main thing to remember is that you are one of many that we either have to read, followup or communicate with. Try not to take it personally. We are all just doing an uphill job. Transription was so nice 10 years ago, but today high pressure, go, go, go and little thanks. So that being said, don't give up. Give your best effort, and I am sure you do, but remember we are all on the same ship or life preserver at times just floating in a sea of to much, to little and to fast.
