But from an owner's perspective, I am finding transcriptionists leaving blanks for words that are CLEARLY audible. My desire is to get them to do the research themselves rather than rely soley on QA to do that work for them. It's an issue of getting transcriptionists to be responsible for the quality of work they are turning in.
