I would be fuming, too! QA definitely did not know what she/he was doing - but there is a lot of that these days.
I would let my supervisor know about it, but I don't think they ever do anything about QA mistakes. I am learning new backup account at my MTSO right now and the QA on this account is unbelieveable - she crosses out what I typed then retypes the same thing - makes no sense.
