It would be more convenient for everyone involved if they answered the pertinent questions that most people want to know anyway, i.e. equipment needed, hours, pay, and benefits, if any. That would save everyone a lot of time. Then we could decide whether or not to take the test. I would not want to waste my time taking a test if they offered 4 cents and would not apply if I was not serious about the job.
