I've done both and think they are about the same difficulty wise.

- Could be by specialty, but usually walk-in clinic, stand-alone - ER facilities, stuff like that. Pay is lower. NM
  - clinic is not walk-in or ER notes; it is clinic - with speciality...depends on size....
