I would ask a PT about a chair, I didn't see the note about the $20 chair. You will have to pay more, however, it doesn't always work. You have to take a break, I did not and I am paying the price years later with back pain and stooped posture. If you plan to stay in the industry, a week's pay is worth the investment to take care of yourself. Good luck with it, it's very painful, I know.
