Medquist Ovation Program
Hi All: I am trying to learn the above program and I have instructions on it with only 3 hours training. I do not think I am doing something right. I am having trouble getting the next job to flow to me when I use F4 to submit. It says once spellcheck is completed you should automatically be taken to your main CMT screen as seen below in my instruction book, but it is not doing that. I am at this time throwing in the towel. Of course it is after hours and no one around to help out. I was thinking about switching to this job but I am not so sure now. I am seriously thinking about staying where I am. I am so over it all. Very frustrated as I am following step by step the instructions. This was a crash course. Any help would be appreciated. This program really is not as good as the one I am on now and making me think twice. Thanks you guys
