I just HAD to comment on that. Ugghh! I hear you on that one. I have one account that is terrible for those types. There is just no way to get a rhythm going!
I wish there weren't so many variables to this profession. It makes it difficult to assess fair pay and what line count can be expected. I don't see an answer though ... sadly.
