I see NO MENTION of 128-bit encryption anywhere, so I believe that's where I got my impression that it is not a HIPAA-compliant alternative. Also, the Google Apps says it is secure but, again, no mention of 128- or 256-bit encryption so my feeling is that it, too, would not be considered compliant. Anyone else care to weigh in? I'm curious.
