Okay, I do believe you have sm

what it takes.  Multiply those things you say you are doing now by 40? 100?  200? (however many MTs you're supervising) and you be the one to call them and tell them to get off the system because work is low.  You be the one to tell them they are taking a pay cut.  You be the one they call when payroll screws up and they call you madder than old Billy Hell because they were shorted 50 bucks,  tell them it will be on their next check while you're at it.  You be the one the hospital calls when the account is out of TAT.  You be the one the angry doctor calls because his dictation was "lost."   And never mind "you" don't bother your super very often; well, neither do I.  For every 1 MT like you or me, there'll be 50 that call or email on a daily, if not hourly, basis for this or that.  Still want more info?
