You think those people were just sitting around and one day someone in this country just decided, hey, those poor Indians, lets go give them our jobs. There are ALWAYS deals and money to be made and like a poster said earlier, it is not my job or my responsibility to worry about supporting another country in their development woes.

The Indians are here in this country, working our jobs, they don't even have to be in their country. I'm sick to death of some people who think we should feel sympathy for those poor people in India, when they are at your doorstop. I just walked into an Aeropostle shop where a 24 year old Indian man is the manager. He is not a US citizen. His father is filthy filthy rich, lives in Canada, and this boy got his education in this country and has managed to stay here ever since. He does not need to work. He says he works to stay busy. His father has set him up in a fabulous home, unbelievably expensive vehicle, and he is happy as a clam, and why not? Wouldn't you be if you didnt have to work for anything? He goes for the summer to Canada where they go sailing for weeks on end and back overseas to visit relatives and other countries to see other relatives. Now, what is he doing managing a clothing store here? We can't find a 25 year old kid with or without college to manage this store? Right!!!!! I questioned why he was managing a store when he doesn't need the money, and is taking a job from a US citizen. He just smiles and says, well, it's who you know, you know? His father knows the owner of the company that runs Aeropostle, not to mention many other companies, a large corporation. His father owns HUGE quantities of stock in the corporation and what a shock! Selling us down the river and we sit complacently by while it happens.
