I have had so many residents dictate whole paragraphs of text only to say, no wait, change that. Then dictate more and do it again. Then you get the ones that change every other word 10 times. My favorites are the ones that do all of the above and then after 10 minutes of dictation say, no wait, this is a discharge summary and then proceed to dictate 15 lines. Arggggghhhhhhh!
