I do not visit this board very much. Most of you are very harsh and instead of helping a fellow MTSO, you would rather cut someone down. This is a new venture for us, and I thought maybe one of you might be doing the same thing. I'll get with my CPA and attorney on all the legal issues no doubt, but I just thought I'd get your 2 cents worth. I wasn't asking "legal" questions here....geezz, give me a break. I've been running this business for 6+ years. I know there are corp. laws, etc. that have to be complied with. We are incorporated and do things by the book.
