Thankfully, there are honest ones out there. My QA person has been fantastic and most helpful. I am not a newbie but there are some areas which are new to me and I certainly appreciate the guidance. ESLs have been minimal. I can understand your frustration. I, too, am a very honest and upfront person and would appreciate the same from any employer.
