Oh, I don't know if it would work with CD, I just use it with files off internet.  Basically, you load voice files into software and choose what kind of audio file you want them to be converted to, i.e.  wma file into a vox file or wav file or whatever.  Any audio file can be played on any player.  Could you load the CD into a folder and access the audio file from there and convert it to the type of file you have a player for?
