This job is a dream job as far as the work goes, never a problem, not actually problem now but just asked if I could work on Christmas anytime, not demanded and did not feel lose my job (or my life, for that matter) if I said no. Told them I would work about 3 hours Christmas morning as I have other things planned for the remainder. Just wondering how this works with being IC as have always been regular employee prior to this.
