did you actually expect 1,000's of MTs to tell you what they are making? At the risk of the ever present MTSO's on this board finding out that they "spilled the beans", committed the cardinal sin of TALKING ABOUT SALARY/HOURLY?

Don't count on it. And if this is an MTSO trying to find out industry standards, why would we give up information here for free, possibly cutting our own throats?

Nope. My salary is my business until (or if) we're unionized because we're "naked in a snow storm", completely disregarded and helpless as we are now.

No disrespect...but
If you pay attention closely, the ones who are complaining are those of us who have been here for 5+ years. Of course life is grand for the new people. It was grand the first few years for us all. So, that should tell you something. We have experience and are smart enough to figure out what is going on. I got ripped 2 days ago by a happy camper, however, I see from her posts yesterday, she was singing a different tune over a memo. I am truly happy for those of you who are happy, I just wish we all could be. If things were ran the same straight across the board, and not change from office to office, I think we all might be happier.

I have an AS in Criminal Justice means squat..All an AA is is a 2 yr degree correct? I don't think it is correct to use anything like that until you have a Phd (if that is the correct way to abbreviate it)

because I'm struggling. You are NOT in my position. You don't know what accounts I have been assigned to - you know absolutely nothing about me or about my abilities. Therefore, I am respectfully asking you to get off your high horse and keep your snide remarks to yourself.
