My wish

That people wouldn't waste other people's time and energy, that people in leadership positions actually knew what they were doing.  I got a call last week from a hospital about doing some work for them.  I said yes, I just needed information from the tech person on what method they/I would use to transfer the files.  Long story short, when I called one of them, that person had to call and ask the other person a question, then vice versa.  This went on for five days, and nothing got accomplished.  So here I was all the while putting off other work I could have been doing while getting ready for a new account, setting up an FTP site, making templates, all for nothing.  They are the ones who contacted ME.  After getting the runaround and asking the same questions over and over, I decided to just let it be.  I don't need that runaround when it's time for them to cut me a check.
