My take

I don't mind VR. I average about 250 lph with VR and average about 150 ST, so being that my VR pay is over half my ST pay, it is about equal that way. However, because I am able to produce more lines with VR, I end up making more through my incentives, so VR has actually helped my pay. Of note though is the fact that it probably took me a good 6 months to get my VR up to the speed it is at now.

I have never heard of getting paid by the report, so I can't really have an opinion, but I don't see how it could be worth it.

Good luck in whatever decision you make. I know changing companies is hard, BTDT, but sometimes it is worth it. I love where I am at now :)
