My advice to you is to be patient!!!! There will be times when you will not be productive for many reasons, mainly because of the dictators . However, as you get more and more used to them your work will get easier. It's just like anything new - the more you do of it the better you will get. Best of luck to you!
In my own experience, having a few sample reports of the dictator around can be a HUGE HELP!!!!!!
