Sylvia
Just checking back in to say that I respect your right to admire Sylvia Brown. I am a democrat in the land of the free -- thus I have no desire to condemn someone for thinking differently. the original post caught my eye and I just wanted to comment. Be happy!
Sylvia Browne
What does she do at her seminars? What's her format?
Sylvia Brown
I have never trusted that woman. She answers too quickly. Other psychics will stop and listen, or honestly say they don't know. S. Brown has an answer for everyone. I think she just wants to sell books. I heard that she told the kidnapped Missouri boys parents that he was dead between two rocks. She said the culprit was dark, Hispanic, and had dreadlocks. That is a horrible thing to make up and tell parents who have a missing child. I prefer the guidance offered by Gary Zukow. He is not a psychic but he talks about living your life in harmony also.
I also hear Sylvia say the boy
was dead. I also heard her say when Michael Jackson was on trial that he would be found guilty, she announced it on Montel's show. Well he got off and is traveling the globe now. Also I heard her say something about Elizabeth Taylor not living out 2006. Well she is still here also. I am disappointed with Sylvia. She answers too quickly and I don't think any one person has all the answers that she seems to have. I think she is making a bunch of money.

First off, if you intend to speak of someone at least spell her name correctly. It is Sylvia Browne with an "e". I have watched/followed Sylvia Browne for many years. Yes she makes mistakes -- they all do. Even she admits she is only about 80% correct and no person with these types of abilities is correct 100% of the time just as we as MTs are not always 100% correct all of the time. Bottom line is we are all only human. She is right much of the time had has solved crimes, found missing children ect. Everyone makes mistakes. No one person is perfect. I have done some of the exercises in her books and they have worked for me. There is one in particular where you write a letter to the Universe/Spirit Guide and then burn it. Everything and I do mean everything I asked for came about. Don't knock it until you try it. Yes, I take everything with a grain of salt, but you cannot put aside all of the things she does get correct.

I did indeed watch that show you are talking about with the person who was killed in the 9/11 event. However, I think you need to have heard the entire story. Yes she said he drowned -- from the large amounts of water which was sprayed into the building to try and put out the fires ect. Yes, it is possible to drown in a burning building from water ingestion. Are you an MT -- research it. A person can drown in as little as one inch of water.

First off, better get there early cause there are a few hundred, at least in Los Angeles, and hard to find parking. She talks about her experiences with the after life, spiritual word, her experiences in life..The stubs from your admission tickets are put in a bowl and she picks out about 20 or more (each time I have attended it has been a different amount)..then they call the numbers and each person stands up and asks a question..She then proceeds to answer the person about their life, looking into their soul and predicting..Its great..She got it right quite a few times. The woman is great, a wonderful caring lady.
Glad you liked the post, I saw Sylvia Browne
here in Atlanta last year and she is due back next month again. She really makes a lot of sense when you listen and most of her show you are listening to her talk. Very intelligent lady, very insightful. I took her advice about the toxic relationships one can have around them regarding a son. I am far too past the age to let anyone, and I underscore that anyone, talk down to me, disrespect me, abuse me, disparage me. I say what I want because I tell the truth and find that is a good way to live. You say the people speaking to you are related to you. They, most of all, should be giving you a boost rather than saying hurtful things to you. You say you have her books. Read them carefully. I have even seen her on Montel say exactly the same thing she said in her show about toxic people. My son, his wife and their children live less than 30 minutes from me but I do not call, do not go that way, am so much happier now. I did everything I could for them and finally just gave up and threw in the towel. They know where I live, my phone # and if they want to, they can contact me- otherwise I am just a happy clam here in my home. Good luck and get that chin up!!
I watch JJ too and I don't trust Sylvia Browne either sm
If you go to YouTube you can find video clips of her on the Montel show where she totally messed up a reading for a woman. I believe her husband or son died in 9/11 attacks on the WTC and Sylvia said he drowned. Uhhhh whatever. There was another that can be found regarding parents and the loss of their daughter.
Sylvia sticks her foot in her mouth again.
By the way, if she has "saved" so many people, why don't we ever hear of any success stories? Just that SHE says she has saved them?
I'm a skeptic and I want proof.
I watch Judge Judy and am not a crazy and do not like Sylvia Brown! :) NM
