Yes we do have some canned documents that help but I really want to get paid production and they say it wouldn't be fair becuase we can't use short cuts. I think they just don't know how to use the program. I don't know where to look for the exact version but my icon on my computer says Meditech remote workstation 3. I've seen magic office on my screen but don't remember how or why I've seen it. Is that where you set up short hands? Do you have to have your own program? How do you install it? Is there some kind of manual I could read somewhere? Sorry for all the questions but I really want to figure this out my hourly pay really stinks but I know I could do well if I could figure out how to use short cuts. Thanks so much for your help.
