I recall going on "vacation" with my work along.

It was just so difficult. Never was able to find anyone to fill in while I was gone.

I love my status now as an IC with a company. Have the flexibility but not the burden of never being able to take vacations.

If you can look around and find someone who can cover for you while on vacatin then you'll have it made. Good luck!
